Growing Slow But Steady

For the past 4 years I have been working hard to build my company and brand. I have struggled with proper processes and failed ventures all to bring me to this place right here. This evening as I am preparing for Saturdays YouTube Video, I was thinking about how far I have come and grown through. This journey to having a successful business has not been easy. It takes a lot of long hours, a lot of determination and a Boatload of discipline.

We like to think that doing what we love means easy work, and that can't be further from the truth. The passion I have for helping people requires me to work harder then I ever would of or have for any other company. My business is personal to me and my family, so it causes me to stay up all nights sometimes, it stresses me sometimes because I want to leave behind a legacy.

Growing in business takes a perseverance, like no other. With no pay ( to start), no sick days, or time off. Growing my business has taken sacrifice. I have missed time with my family, I have missed out on events and I have even lost what I though were special friendships. Its lonely sometimes, However the benefits of the prize weighs more to me then the momentary emotions that soon will fade. I simply am learning how to enjoy the journey, even those places that my not be as pleasant. To know that each blog that I write, or even the other ladies on this site has written, is actually helping people is enough in itself. I want to genuinely help you and inspire you to have the life that you want. I KNOW for a fact that we can create the life we want/ the life we were destined to have, simply by making Gods plans a priority. I think sometimes we make simple things harder then what the have to be. All we have to do is trust that we have on the inside of us everything we need to do what needs to be done.

Family, I sincerely want to see us all happy, healthy, doing what we love and loving what we do. As we are growing, remember to take moments to reflect, to breath, to be thankful for how far you've come and to prepare for how far you have yet to travel. And know that we have each other now. I will continue to work tirelessly learning and growing so that I can share with you, to hopefully help you not to make the same mistakes I have, and To encourage you to keep going, keep moving, and to never give up!!

Let's Continue to GROW together.

God Bless
